Purpose of processing personal data
We use and store our customers' personal data responsibly and carefully, complying with the requirements of the EU Data Protection Regulation. We store personal data in our registers only to the extent necessary for the provision of travel services and customer relationship management.
We ensure that the technical security of the electronic registers is properly taken care of. Guidelines have been drawn up on the processing of personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and our company's personnel have been trained to act in accordance with the guidelines.
What information do we collect and for what purpose?
Personal information is collected so that we can implement the travel services ordered by the customer. Most of the information is collected from customers in connection with travel bookings.
