Kakola's Big Feast

Dinner experience, which starts with our own aperitive. Aperitive is called Kakola’s Classic, it is served from tin mug and it is always made of season’s flavours. Non-alcoholic. 

Kakola’s Big Feast is tasting menu that our kitchen crew has designed from the best ingredients of the season. It includes five flows: cold starters with sides and sourdough bread from our local bakery, warm startes,  two main dishes with side, pre dessert or freshener, and a dessert. It is a surprise menu, so we welcome you to adventure! We take care of all the diets and food restrictions, no need to worry about those. Please let us know those restrictions when you make reservation. We love social eating and sharing, so all the food is designed to be shared. Courses will be presented to the center of the table everyone to share. In Kakolanruusu kitchen we cook as much as possible with open fire. Our food has been described as gourmet barbeque. 

A brewery, bakery and coffee roastery complement the range of services in the area wonderfully. Their products are being served also in Kakolanruusu. So we are quite self-sufficient! Also it is important because we care a lot about sustainability. Local producers, organic farming, season’s ingredients and recycling as much as possible and causing no waste, especially what comes to food. For example our lounge bar uses all the fruits peels that are left from kitchen to for example cocktail decoration or limoncello.
